Who controls your data

What we collect

  • Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
  • Enquiry content (markets traded, session preferences, messages)
  • Booking and payment administration records when you engage sessions
  • Technical logs reasonably needed to operate the site (for example IP address, browser type, pages visited)
  • Cookie-related data as described in our Cookie notice

We do not ask for account passwords to your brokers, tax file numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information through the public forms.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to enquiries and schedule technical analysis training
  • To deliver trading plan coaching and send session materials
  • To issue invoices and manage deposits or refunds
  • To improve site reliability and understand aggregate visit patterns (if analytics cookies are accepted)
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations

We process information because you request a service, because we have a legitimate interest in operating a coaching practice, or where a legal duty applies. Where consent is required for optional cookies, we ask via the cookie banner.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months if no booking follows, unless you ask us to delete them sooner where permitted. Client training records and invoices are retained for up to seven years to meet business and tax needs. Analytics data follows the durations in the cookie table.

Sharing

We use service providers who help us host email, accounting, or site infrastructure. They may process data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by Australian law or to protect legal rights.

International transfers

Some providers may store or process data outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Your rights

Subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you may request access to or correction of personal information we hold, and raise complaints with us first. If unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children for training bookings.
