Education, not personal advice
Sessions, articles, and materials are general education. They are not personal financial product advice under Australian law. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions, risk, and compliance with any obligations that apply to you.
Bookings and accounts
Enquiries submitted through the site are requests, not confirmed bookings until we accept them in writing and any required deposit is received. You must provide accurate contact details.
Intellectual property
Course materials, worksheets, plan templates, and site content remain the property of Flow API Hub or its licensors. You may use materials for your personal trading education. You may not resell, republish, or deliver them as your own training offering without written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt it), submit unlawful or abusive content through forms, or misrepresent your affiliation with Flow API Hub.
Liability
To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, Flow API Hub is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or consequential loss arising from education or site use. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to resupply of the services or the cost of resupply.

Links to brokers, data vendors, or other sites are for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
